Introduces the ability to configure a specific email address for outgoing repair order communications at the company level. Rationale: By default, Odoo forces the Reply-To header to the catchall address for document threads. This module allows bypassing this behavior to centralize repair-related replies in a dedicated mailbox.

After further review with colleagues, I've decided to close this PR. Overriding the reply-to with an external address risks fragmenting communication and breaking Odoo's traceability. To maintain a "Single Source of Truth," we should keep these conversations within the Odoo chatter rather than store them in external systems where they can't be linked back to the original records. |
