…igurable Previously hardcoded to draft only. Allowed states are now set in Settings (draft by default), enforced both in UI and backend. Task: 5417
- When a repair is added to a group that already has an open quotation, creating a quotation from the new repair created another sale order for the same group; - Existing part moves stayed linked to the previous sale order lines, so those parts were missing from the current quotation; - Reuse the existing open group quotation and add sale order lines only for newly grouped repairs. This keeps all parts linked to the same quotation and avoids duplicate draft quotations for one repair group. Task: 5417
