Initialize migration of rest_log module to Odoo 17.0 by replacing the initial module version (15.0.1.0.0) from main 17.0 branch with the more mature version (16.0.1.0.2) from 16.0 branch as the migration base. This provides a better starting point for the migration due to its more complete feature set and stability. Task: 4619
Refactor post-init hook to use `env` API instead of `cr`, as required by Odoo 17.0. Update XML view syntax by replacing `attrs` with new `invisible` attributes to follow OWL requirements. Update manifest version to 17.0.1.0.0 Task: 4619
