pre-commit is doing wrong in one machine, I deleted it and installed many times but is still making mess I am fixing the issu from another machine, if you can help me to learn how to install it and use correctly serving all repos without issues? |

The commit message is still incorrect. Remove [16.0] and the tag should be uppercase.
