Bump version to 0.8.0 and document the features added since 0.7.1: - Keyword outline tree view (OPM#41) - Compact embedded parameter docs layout, opm-flow.docs.layout (#26) - Open PRT File command + Ctrl+Alt+P (OPM#44) - Recognise section headers with trailing separators (#31) Add README feature sections and settings for the outline view, the PRT-file command, and the docs layout, plus a 0.8.0 Release Notes entry.
Regenerate the bundled compact keyword index against the updated manual (rev-0-737 -> rev-0-756) merged with the pinned opm-common keywords, and point the README manual-ref at the new commit.
