Slicer-3D extension for complex nasal septum analysis

Requirments

• Slicer 5.4.0.

Installation guide

1. Clone the repository.

   git clone https://github.com/OSLL/slicer-nasal-septum-analysis.git
   

2. Initialize submodules.

   git submodule init
   git submodule update
   

3. Add plugin to slicer.

   1. Open Slicer.
   2. On the top panel in modules select Developer Tools -> Extension Wizard.
   3. On the left panel press Select Extension and choose the folder slicer-nasal-septum-analysis.
   4. On the top panel in modules select septum analysis -> septum analysis.
