Добавьте в таблицу столбцы с
- порядковым номером тренировки (для наглядности)
- временем тренировки (== "Дата создания тренировки" со страницы тренировки)
- статусом тренировки (== "id тренировки: ... Статус: Обработана." со страницы тренировки)
