This changes the way the function adds the link to obsidian. Now the file name is added after "Obsidian". e.g. "Obsidian - Tests".

It should be noted that you could also add the same functionality to the python script, but I'm a little rusty in that language, maybe someone else can. |

It is very possible that there is a much simpler way to do it, but I still don't know 100% of the script content, so I opted to create the name from the same method.
You could format it in different ways, but I opted to add to the existing text.
