This PR updates ETH bridging documentation to reflect behavior changes introduced by EIP-7702. Specifically:
Clarifies that ETH deposits from 7702-enabled accounts are credited to their aliased address on the Arbitrum chain.
Updates both:

Added tsx to website/package.json to support the check-redirects.ts script locally and in CI.
Added node_modules/ to .gitignore and removed it from Git tracking.
