feat: Add Mobula crypto data API documentation

Summary

This PR adds Mobula as a third-party provider for Arbitrum documentation.

Changes

• New documentation page: docs/for-devs/third-party-docs/Mobula/mobula.mdx

  • Token Data API with ATH/ATL
  • Token Security API (honeypot detection, taxes, contract risks)
  • Wallet Positions with PnL tracking
  • WebSocket streams for real-time data

• Updated provider list: Added Mobula to Indexers section in docs/launch-arbitrum-chain/06-third-party-integrations/02-third-party-providers.mdx
