This PR adds a CI action to test all tutorials. It changes some of the scripts to throw on error instead of just logging a message and returning, so any error can be detected in the CI flow.
Depends on merging #133 first. That PR fixes some dependency issues. When that branch is merged to master, and master is merged to this one, the CI check should pass.PR with the fixes is merged
