Introducing new API for sending arbitrarily long byte sequence over JSON RPC. The code was extracted from
DASRPCClientand is going to be reused.For now, only the sender side was put into the new module. @Tristan-Wilson if you think it makes sense I can put the receiver side close, so that it is easier to audit and maintain.
