Since the CI workflow is already run for merge queue (from
merge.yml) it doesn't make sense to run the same jobs onpushtomain/master. Attached screenshot captures the redundancy for the latestmaster's commit.I also renamed the workflow run from
merge.ymlto differentiate runs from different sources.
