Needed for NIT-3220

Migrate from wasm32-wasi to wasm32-wasip1 according to https://blog.rust-lang.org/2024/04/09/updates-to-rusts-wasi-targets/

  1. This change would require updating Rust version (potentially more serious than intended)
  2. We are waiting for the next wasmer release anyway (hopefully soon)
