1.3 makes debugging M-SHELL far easier. It also converts the "install" command into a function, providing better security for the installer. While it is (currently, soon to be fixed) technically still possible to mess up the installer, it requires unofficial modification to the commands.json file.

WARNING: Starting with 1.3, non-lowercase commands will no longer be valid. If you have commands like these, reinstall them with a lowercase name before using 1.3.
