I tried to review your PR locally but the UI is not how it is shown in the video you have kept and also - it is sending the email to 3 participants whose mails i have not given and also the form is not accessible. You can find my detailed review in the video below. Also note the page is not Dark Mode accessible

2. UI doesn't match with the video. (probably different browsers render UI differently.)
3. Options don't appear in-line, as shown in the video
4. I cannot send the mail!
   Please include an accurate link for obtaining env variables from the Google Cloud Console. The link you've provided explains how OAuth works.

the email id is hardcoded as by the time of development the event registration feature is not implemented completely to fetch all the emails ids registered for that event.
