Before merging, could I please get a brief confirmation from one of the reviewers (@MatthiasHertel80 , @omarArm , @thorstendb-ARM ) that the new pyocd version solved the libusb problem? |

Do not merge. Further testing showed that the fundamental issues with including and loading libusb are resolved on macOS. However, connections still do not succeed. Keeping the PR as a reminder for the time being that such problems still exist. |
