Ignore broken CI:
- MD link check can't succeed for links that will only become available after a PR got merged (@soumeh01 , one to think about for how to handle in future).
- Downloading pyOCD for arm64 Mac fails or gets massively slowed down. @soumeh01 , can you please have a look if that is caused due to running CI on a fork? https://github.com/Open-CMSIS-Pack/vscode-cmsis-debugger/actions/runs/15820111036/job/44587298401?pr=335
