• [Bug]: Build-in launch templates need alignment #318

Changes

• Removes contributed (pseudo) debugger types cmsis-debug-pyocd and cmsis-debug-jlink and configuration snippets.
• Adjusts README.

Automatic expansion of launch configurations remains for now. To be addressed together with debugger template updates as #338 .
