Changes

  • Removed Arm Tools Environment Manager from extension pack. Rather document it and the Arm CMSIS Solution extension as recommend. Reason is that disabling an extension pack also disables the included extensions. And this became problematic for other existing extension packs.
  • Fixed usage of ${workspace} to ${workspaceFolder}.
  • Aligned and further reduced default initCommands. Fixes unexpected behavior on connections.
