This PR refactors the
openbb-ecbpackage for the V5 format and expands the coverage across the full SDMX API.Hatchling is configured with a build script that fetches, parses, and generates the underlying metadata (1.4 MB on disk) that is bundled into the wheel.
Coverage now includes:
When installed by itself, or without routers like
openbb-economy, all endpoints land under theobb.ecbnamespace.
