This PR refactors the
openbb-eiaprovider extension for the V5 format. The module now covers the full EIA V2 API surface, as well as including proxy-served iFrames of the data explorer apps available viaeia.gov.The Workspace app includes only the data explorers, so no API key is required to use them.
