This PR updates the
price_historicalcharting extension to dynamically apply the Indian Rupee symbol (₹) as the Y-axistickprefixwhen plotting historical price data for Indian equities (.NStickers).Only for Indian equities while preserving the default
$for all other tickers.Changes Made
