Updated the mechanism to decide when to fetch widget data based on request context. Extended .gitignore for virtual environment directories.

Type of changes:

1. Endpoint Simplification: Changed agents.json query endpoint to relative paths, reducing hardcoded values.
2. Widget Data Fetch Logic: Enhanced logic to detect when orchestration is requested, allowing AI-origin messages to trigger widget data fetches, not just human messages.
3. .gitignore Update: Added virtual environment directories to the ignore list, preventing unnecessary files from being tracked in the repository.
