Early Prototype for P4A and DART

Summary

This release was primarily created to demo Brian to the Prosperity4All second year review panel.

It's is also for the DART INLIFE project team to validate our discussions and surface any issue on the chosen hardware (iPad Air)

Known issues

• Designed and tested for Chrome browser only (suggest running full screen - F11 on desktop)
• Changing photos has issues
  1. Sometimes it doesn't work when you click on a photo
  2. Photos are not remember after you leave the app (either close
     browser or go back too far)

Notes

• Changes made in the assistant UI will show in the user UI if both are open
  in same browser at once in separate tabs.
