- release tarballs will be generated by the pipeline - those files shouldn't be checked in
- defined PKGBUILD for Arch systems - version and shasum will be set by the release pipeline
- so that the GUI can be used as an application in desktop managers
- metadata (PKGBUILD/SRCINFO) gets updated - shasum is calculated - version commit contains current metadata-files - release uses custom build tarballs - automatic deployment to the AUR

This PR brings the deployment to the Arch User Repository and the automated build on Arch systems.
It is a corrected copy of #42
