These
DB_*environment variables weren't pulled over from https://github.com/replicated-collab/all-hands-replicated/blob/3345c4c6d925a9e2503c517eb1df38001eee19a2/charts/openhands/templates/_env.yaml#L302 during the migration to this repo.Also, the addition of
postMigrateto theruntime-apichart broke runtime API database migrations. That value needs to be set totrue.Helm Chart Checklist
