PR for other purpose
Adds JSON example of a job template to the sample directory. I made the choice to use the same effective workload as one of the existing templates to help illustrate the differences in the formats.
There's some topics that this sample doesn't illustrate that are relevant to users looking to write JSON templates, such as how they can write multi-line embedded files, but at the very least there's a starting point for users that might prefer writing JSON.
