CQI-21: draft for many concurency and 150 facilities

This PR is a draft since there is an issue for filling up the new requisition of other facilities. Server responses with 200 status code (which is typical for graphql) but it does not save the records in database leading to an error without any proper message.

In scope of this PR:

• each scenario is isolated from others, extending the performance tests time but results in more accurate data per each scenario to analyze and identify bottleneck and if they are related to specific scenario. In the future this can be changed to be parallel execution.
• standarized GET and POST requests to have common response times
• fixed syntax for taurus reporting, added missing criteria
• change tests parametrization to get more constant values that are not interrupted by other scenarios executing at the same time
