- Please describe more in the issue and PR the history behind this test failing and the related quick fix bug. At a minimum, there should be references to the GH issue.
- Please check the failing builds to see if any are due to the quick fix test failing.

This PR re-enables the
testJakartaQuickFixInJavaParttest, which was previously disabled in 24.0.6 due to intermittent failures caused by missing Jakarta quick fixes in diagnostics.
