- Updated LCLS dependencies to 2.3.1
- Added separate release levels for LCLS and LSP4Jakarta
- Updated Maven Central/Sonatype endpoints
- Snapshots require parsing maven-metadata.xml for full snapshot version with timestamp
- Updated download functions to use Axios rather than gulp-download to resolve auth issues with maven-snapshots repo (still using gulp download for LSP4Jakarta)
