Open Liberty Operator 1.4.2 includes the following features and changes:

  • Improved reconcile time by optimizing the processes to generate and update LTPA keys and encoding passwords.
  • Optimized the smart reconciliation by analyzing the last reconciliation times across all events for the application.
  • Added additional configurations to fine-tune the smart reconciliation process.
  • Added support for OpenShit Container Platform (OCP) 4.18 and Kubernetes 1.31.
  • Updated the Operator SDK, Kustomize, Kubernetes and Go libraries.
