Correct remaining Jakarata typo in SAML FAT comment

Description

This PR completes the exact-token typo cleanup for Jakarata → Jakarta in this repository.
Only exact case-sensitive Jakarata instances were in scope; one match was present and corrected.

  • Updated one JavaDoc comment in SAML FAT common test action:
    • dev/com.ibm.ws.security.saml.sso_fat.common/src/com/ibm/ws/security/saml20/fat/commonTest/actions/JakartaEE9SAMLRepeatAction.java

• Scope control

  • No code-path, behavior, API, or test-logic changes.
  • No case variants beyond exact Jakarata were modified.
