fix(drivers/emby): prevent search index loss from incomplete listings

Summary / 摘要

之前Emby驱动没有对请求进行分页，导致部分情况下没有获取完整的数据。在开启自动更新索引的情况下，由于分页缺失，会导致索引逐渐消失。

同时修复了一些其他bug：

• 对条目列表进行分页，并拒绝不完整的结果
• 当根文件夹 ID 为空时，使用库视图
• 收到 401 响应后，刷新用户名/密码会话一次
• 生成正确的视频和音频流链接
• 传播条目详情请求的错误
