In this repository you will find drivers needed to create OneForm Providers in your OpenNebula cloud deployment. Providers allow you to provision Clusters in 3rd-party cloud or bare-metal service provider infrastructure in a streamlined, automated way. Please consult the OneForm Driver Registry Overview for information on installing and synchronizing Provider drivers. This Wiki documentation complements the documentation about Cluster Provisioning with OneForm in the OpenNebula documentation site.
OpenNebula Provider drivers define the underlying logic for OneForm to communicate with 3rd-party IaaS cloud providers. Provider drivers are necessary to create OpenNebula Providers, entities that manage the credentials and configuration for provisioning Clusters on different cloud provider infrastructure. If you intend to use a 3rd-party cloud provider to provision Clusters with OneForm, download and install the OneForm Registry Repository and Install the Drivers. You can then continue to create Providers for your chosen cloud services.
Providers are OpenNebula entities that help you handle account credentials or keys and define configuration such as zones or regions. Providers in OpenNebula allow you to set up credentials and configuration once and use them repeatedly to provision and manage multiple Clusters. Please consult the Provider documentation for your preferred cloud or bare-metal service found below or in the right-hand sidebar table of contents:
After defining a Provider for your chosen cloud service, you can move on to Provisioning Clusters below.
OneForm uses Providers to communicate with 3rd-party IaaS APIs and provision Clusters within the respective infrastructure. Please consult the provisioning documentation for your preferred cloud or bare-metal service which can be found below or in the right-hand sidebar table of contents:
