This pull request adds support for Cell Ranger 10 for the GEX, CITE, VDJ, and MULTI pipelines. It allows 10.0.0 as another valid option for the cellranger flag.
Also fixing a few bugs causing errors when using the rename option and edge cases for silhouette scores.
