Continuous integration build 753, based on Superbuild v20190622.4.

Changes:

• Add x86 and 64 bits Android packages
  Most Android users will need the armeabi-v7a package.
• Update third-party components (Qt: 5.12.4, GDAL: 3.0.0, ...)
• Fix editing in the georeferencing dialogs.
• Minor improvements to map scale and rotation dialogs.
