Add support for the working mode parameter in the General Settings section. The working mode can be Amateur or Professional.

Add support for the working mode parameter in the General Settings section. The working mode can be Amateur or Professional.
The difference between these modes is that in Professional mode some menu items are hidden and it is not possible to enter VFO mode.
This change has been tested on Anytone AT-D878UV2.
