iroute: release old peer context when adding iroute #126

When the same client reconnects, we add the same iroute but with different peer context. We update the node and overwrite the old peer context, leaking it. Fix by releasing the old peer context if it exists. GitHub: OpenVPN#125 Signed-off-by: Lev Stipakov <[email protected]>
