Fixed minor issues:
- The calcium simulation script was modified to allow simulation on neuron models with no axon
- Removed a line from the NEURON code that can cause issues on some systems.
Note: We use underscore(_) instead of period(.) for version naming because UG4 does not accept file names with a period in them.

Version 2 of NeMo-TMS
- Streamlined the NeMo-TMS structure to improve user interactivity
- Removed dependencies (VRL-Studio & gmsh), and integrated dependencies (TREES & T2N) for easier setup
- Added synaptic inputs (random and synchronous with TMS pulse)
- Improved the TMS waveforms based on commercially available TMS systems
- Added the option to run simulations at a high temporal resolution
- Updated neocortical models to have more realistic morphology
- Updated user manual for clarity
