Using the Context Menu
You can open Osprey's context menu by right-clicking Osprey's icon in your extension toolbar.
It should look something like this:
When a user visits a blocked website, Osprey has the option to display system notifications with details. This is disabled by default.
If you want to toggle this on or off, click the Enable notifications button.
By default, Osprey ignores frame navigations, which refers to different URLs that load in the background of a web page (e.g., Google Analytics links or CAPTCHA elements that originate from different websites, such as https://hcaptcha.com). These are ignored by default due to a risk of false positives.
If you want to toggle this on or off, click the Ignore frame navigation button.
Osprey stores a local list of every website a provider has seen to reduce duplicate lookups in the background. Websites are also added to this list by clicking 'Continue anyway' or 'Temporarily allow this website' on the block page.
If you want to clear this list, click the Clear list of allowed websites button.
This Wiki has a page dedicated to reporting websites as malicious, if a website isn't blocked and you want to take action.
If you want to open this webpage, click the Report website as malicious button.
Osprey periodically updates its default settings with the updates it receives.
If you want to restore default settings, click the Restore default settings button.
