Version 0.1 Release

Generates patients and their healthcare records with the help of synthea and makes them uploadable to the tangle.
Synthea requires the JDK to work properly. To set this up:

1. download and install the JDK (Java Development Kit) https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk12-downloads-5295953.html
2. configure the environment variable for java and your pc (https://www.google.com/search?q=how+to+set+java_home&oq=how+to+set+java)

To run the application, execute "Synthea.Iota.Ui.exe". If you are running Win10, SmartScreen may want to hinder you to start the application. You can ignore this.

This release is a alpha release and therefore may contain bugs. If any occur, please report them to Felandil#6471 via discord.
