This pull request removes explicit version numbers for dependencies and plugins in the Maven POM files. Feedback indicates that removing the version from xmlunit-core in examples-bom will likely cause a Maven validation error as there is no parent POM to inherit from. Additionally, the maven-surefire-plugin entry in examples-parent is now redundant and should be removed entirely.

We have some dependencies we usually bump according to odlparent. Assuming they are managed by ODL we do not need to manage them in lighty.io as well. JIRA: LIGHTY-427 Signed-off-by: tobias.pobocik <tobias.pobocik@pantheon.tech>
