a listagem atual foi atualizada para ordem alfabetica; foram removidos os links que nao constavam mais na listagem do site oficial, ver https://phptherightway.com/#php_paas_providers todos os links foram atualizados de http para https nos provedores que forneciam documentaçao oficial em pt-br adicionei o link direto para a pagina ja traduzida adicionada a frase, ja traduzida, que indica o site onde podemos verificar quais as versoes os provedores de PaaS estao oferecendo
