feat(test): fixed wing test cards

Solved Problem

We are starting to do more fixed wing test cards for flight testing. This is an update to include them in the test cards for the flight test team.

We split them up between multicopter and fixed wing. In the future we will want to add the VTOL and Rover models as well

This doesn't match the duration of the mission you set in preflight.

@afwilkin Apologies for the delay. For some reaon I am no longer getting mail notifications for this project - I only just realised that so haven't been reliably checking issues.

Love the structural changes. Just some nits.
