The changes look good. I would consider two edits:
- Standardize where the summary statistic portion of a name is placed (i.e.
mean_X_Y_ZvsX_Y_Z_mean) - Add mean and median for gap-compressed ID since we have both for quality, which is the analagous predicted statistics to gap-compressed ID as an "actual"
