Azure (in my region in Europe) does not support .NET 6 anymore. The earliest LTS version supported is .NET 8.

This PR updates the target framework to .NET 8. In my case I could finish the exercise in the book of chapter 2.

Note: A previous exercise, talking about "Advanced edit" button in "Configuration" of Web App needs an update also. The changes need to be done in the blade "Environment variables".

My apologies. I messed this one up. I will correct that soon. I will put this one on draft in the meantime.
