NewRLInfra-3003 add over-context-len prompt tokens into stat

Motivation

Add over-context-len prompt tokens into stat in sglang benchmarks. Over-context-len prompt will be sglang-serving prefilled and get an emtpy response which is marked as a failed request. It leads to lower ITPS than the server logs in stat.

Modifications

Add the input-len of over-context-len prompts into stat.

Usage or Command

No additional command.

Accuracy Tests

Align ITPS with sglang server logs.
