feat: add the story behind STFU

what changed

• adds a quiet why this exists button at the bottom of the page
• opens a native-looking story dialog adapted from the README
• links to the original X post, @the2ndfloorguy, and pankajtanwar.in
• keeps the microphone interaction isolated to the main STFU button
• supports keyboard navigation, focus trapping, Escape-to-close, and safe mobile scrolling

verified

• desktop render checked at 1280px
• mobile render checked at 360px with no horizontal overflow
• Enter and Space still start the original audio interaction
• opening and closing the story does not request microphone access
• Tab and Shift+Tab stay inside the dialog
• all four external links return HTTP 200
• HTML structure, JavaScript execution, and git diff --check pass
• independent review passed after accessibility fixes
