Needed to do the UNICODE IFDEF around the code that gets the column names. Added a test for this feature as well
Synchronous implementation of SQLGetInfo via getInfoSync. Currently only supports SQL_USER_NAME as an argument. Also added SQL_USER_NAME as a constant within ODBC.
It's a useful method/attribute to call so it should be in the README.
